El Papalote means "The Windmill". You'll see the Windmill on 1604 near StoneOak Blvd. A very nice, authentic Mexican Restaurant. I mean "Authentic". Let me make this very clear! It's a lot more than a taco & grill. There are 13 locations in the northern part of Mexico and one of our very own right here
